Booking your appointment is simple, just pick a day and time that works for you!
Please note, if you are not an established client, your appointment must be a consultation call. No other appointment will be accepted for a new client prior to the onboarding process being completed.
Current Open Spots
We use “spots” to refer to a day and time that an appointment is booked. If you claim a “spot”, this day/time is reserved for you until you change it. Not having a spot is an option, but it can be harder to find an open time within your availability, especially in the afternoon and evening hours. Spots are available on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
This link will take you to a spreadsheet that shows current openings for recurring appointments. If you need to book a spot, or change your current spot, submit the form below.
Note that if you are changing your current spot, it must be at least 24 hours before your next appointment is scheduled. Any changes after that will be reflected on the schedule for the next week.
Medicaid Insurance Changes
In Iowa, there are currently three Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Iowa Total Care, Molina and Wellpoint (previously Amerigroup). If you have Medicaid coverage, you have one of these three MCOs.
There have been recent changes that are attempting to limit the amount of providers “in network” with the MCO Molina. Molina has currently closed their network to new providers. While Court Ave Counseling is currently part of their panel, there is a possibility that we won’t be in the near future, depending on whether or not they change their restrictions.
If you have Molina and would like to continue seeing your provider, you will need to change your MCO to either Wellpoint or Iowa Total Care.
